At NushDesigns, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Charges (Standard Delivery)

Orders up to ₹1499: A flat shipping fee of ₹89 applies.

Orders above ₹1500: Free shipping across India.

Sale Period: A flat shipping fee of ₹89 applies for orders up to ₹1999.
Express Delivery Charges

Express Shipping: ₹499

Same-day Processing: Express orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Sat) are shipped the same day.

No Shipping on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Express Delivery Timeline:
Typically 48–72 hours after dispatch. Certain locations (South India, North-East, remote areas) may take slightly longer.
Order Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

During sale periods, processing time is 3–4 working days.

Standard delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 working days (varies by location).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking number.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order is marked delivered but not received:

Notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will raise a dispute with the courier.

Courier investigation may take 10–21 days.
Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the case.
We request customers to monitor tracking updates regularly.
Damaged Packages
If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged:

Please do not accept the package.

Return it to the delivery agent immediately.

We will arrange a replacement after verification.
Incorrect / Incomplete Address or Non-Delivery
NushDesigns is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

Wrong or incomplete address

Customer unavailability

Not responding to courier calls/SMS
Please enter your complete address and ensure you are available at delivery time.
Reshipping Policy
If an order returns to us due to non-delivery (Return to Origin/RTO):

Customer must repay ₹99 reshipping charge.

Returned orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
RTO charges are high, so we request customers to keep track of delivery updates.
Unforeseen Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Festivals & busy seasons

Courier network issues
These delays are beyond our control, but we always assist customers promptly.
